These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cryphtorion website, game, beta program, and any related services (the "Services") provided by Cyber Horizons, Inc. By connecting your wallet, playing the game, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. The game involves real financial risk. You can lose all $SOL you spend on in-game bullets. There is no guarantee of profit.
You are solely responsible for: Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. All activity that occurs under your wallet address Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Paying any taxes owed on earnings or airdrops. You agree not to: Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, multi-account, or any unauthorized third-party software. Engage in wash trading, market manipulation, or front-running. Attempt to hack, DDoS, or interfere with the game or other players. Use the Services for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to ban wallets, withhold airdrops, or reverse transactions if we detect violation of these rules
The game is currently in beta and provided "AS IS" with no warranties. You must use a compatible Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom). All in-game bullets purchased with $SOL are non-refundable. Extraction of in-game bullets to $SOL is final and irreversible. Future $TBW token transactions will be governed by these Terms and any additional token-specific rules. Priority pre-launch $TBW airdrops are awarded solely based on verifiable on-chain killcount and leaderboard performance at our discretion. We may pause, reset, or modify the beta economy at any time to ensure fairness and game health.
All game content, lore, artwork, code, and branding are owned by Cyber Horizons, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use them only for playing the game.
The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any losses resulting from blockchain congestion, internet outage, wallet compromise, market volatility, bugs, or your own errors. You acknowledge that blockchain gaming carries significant financial risk and you participate at your own risk. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount $50. Solana network fees ("gas") are your responsibility.
Complete loss of $SOL spent on in-game bullets. Smart contract risks (though audited, zero guarantees). Regulatory risk — meme coins and play-to-earn games may be restricted in some jurisdictions. $TBW token may go to zero.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced on X.
